This setting provides better control over color grading, but it’s not as wide of a color space compared to HLG. Although, it’s not the best all and end all of your videos, use D-Log if you want maximum flexibility for detailed color grading. I’ve created a custom LOG conversion LUT and six styled LUTS (which all work on standard rec709 footage too) to help you color grade this footage quickly and easily on any device. 러너들이 매번 힘들게 달리는 걸 보면서 왜 이렇게 어렵게만 만드는지 늘 궁금했어요 by @mathewwright.07 😊 아래 10가지 간단한 방법만 알면 달리기가 믿기지 않게 쉬워집니다 1. 생각보다 훨씬 천천히 시작하기 첫 1마일은 지루할 정도로 가볍게. 시작 10분 안에 숨이 가쁘다면 이미 너무 빠른 거예요 2. 2분만 달리기 규칙 ‘2분만 달리자’고 생각하면 뇌의 저항이 사라지고 자연스럽게 계속 달리게 돼요 3. 아주 작은 목표로 쪼개기 ‘5마일’ 대신 ‘저 우체통까지, 저 나무까지, 저 코너까지’처럼 목표를 나누면 훨씬 수월해요 4. 에너지 피크 타임에 달리기 대부분 오전 6~8시, 오후 4~6시에 가장 강해요. 리듬을 거슬러 달리면 매번 전쟁이 됩니다 5. 코로 들이마시고 입으로 내쉬기 코로 3보 동안 들이마시고, 입으로 2보 동안 내쉬면 자동으로 편안한 페이스를 유지할 수 있어요 6. Casa Llu is envisioned as a family lodge inspired by the southern Chilean rain and the humble tents once used by local lumberjacks —a shelter designed to welcome four generations and their friends. Beneath a vast roof that both protects and gathers, its spatiality embraces the “ga-loft” concept introduced by Cazú Zegers —a fusion between the American loft and the Chilean rural barn— creating a fluid, continuous interior free of corridors. At its heart, a large central area brings together kitchen, dining, and living spaces into one, open to the view and framed by the house’s geometry. Casa Llu is architecture as a collective home for living, contemplating, and taking refuge. ___ Casa Llu se concibe como un lodge familiar inspirado en la lluvia del sur de Chile y en las carpas precarias de los antiguos leñadores, un refugio pensado para acoger a cuatro generaciones y a sus amigos. Bajo una gran cubierta que protege y reúne, su espacialidad adopta el concepto de “ga-loft” introducido por Cazú Zegers —una fusión entre el loft americano y el galpón rural chileno— que da lugar a un interior fluido, continuo y sin pasillos.
