Running makes it easy to believe
1. Start much more slowly than you think
The first mile is boring.If you're not breathing in 10 minutes, it's already too fast.
2. Run rules for 2 minutes
If you think that 'let's run for 2 minutes', the brain's resistance disappears and it will continue to run naturally.
3. Splitting with a very small goal
Instead of '5 miles', it is much easier to share your goals like 'to that mailbox, to that tree, to that corner.'
4. Running to Energy Peak Time
Most of them are the strongest in 6-8 am and 4-6 pm.If you run back to the rhythm, it becomes a war every time.
