✨ August 13 — Day 13 of SPARK(LE) BACK 💧
As most of you know, working out has always been a huge part of my life — not just for my physical therapy, but for my mental health too. This month’s reset is about finding joy in movement, and today I got that in the most fun, challenging way: HIIT on water. 🌊
@reaxingofficial — a high-intensity interval workout done on an aquatic raft. The constant movement of the water forces your body to engage every muscle for stability, activating your core the entire time. It’s incredible for balance training, knee rehabilitation, cardio, and strength building — and being at altitude makes your heart work even harder.
But what I love most? You have to stay present. If you overthink, you’re in the water. It’s the perfect metaphor for this reset: show up, find your balance, push yourself, and don’t be afraid to get messy. Because joy lives right alongside the hard work.
